Camp Lejeune Campus Team Member Nominated

In every organization, there are unsung heroes whose dedication and selflessness shape the fabric of their community. Juli Rowland, the Office Manager for Campbell Camp Lejeune, is one such individual whose commitment to service and support has earned her well-deserved recognition. Recently nominated for the Jacksonville Onslow Chamber of Commerce Administrative Professional of the Year, Juli’s impact stretches far beyond the confines of her office.

Juli’s nomination is a testament to her tireless efforts in serving both Campbell University and the wider community. Her unwavering dedication is evident in her proactive approach to ensuring that potential and current students have access to the resources they need to make informed decisions about their educational journey. From educational and employment fairs to local festivals and career fairs, Juli goes above and beyond to support individuals in their pursuit of knowledge and opportunities. What sets Juli apart is her inclusive and compassionate approach to her work. She views all of our students, prospective students, and team members as part of the Campbell family.

This ethos extends beyond the university campus, as Juli actively engages with various community initiatives and events. For over a decade, Juli has been a cornerstone of the Shrimp Festival in Sneads Ferry, serving in multiple roles including vendor, Marine Liaison, Volunteer Coordinator, and fundraiser. Her involvement in the festival underscores her commitment to fostering community spirit and cooperation. In addition to her involvement in the Shrimp Festival, Juli’s volunteerism spans a wide range of activities, from participating in Trunk-or-Treat events to supporting Relay for Life, Soup Kitchen, and the Community Council of Sneads Ferry. Her dedication to making a difference in the lives of others is further exemplified by her involvement in Dixon High School Senior Project volunteerism and contributions to local scholarship funds.
