Why Campbell Law?

Wall says the most important factors that brought him to Campbell Law was the school’s reputation for producing practice-ready lawyers and for its consistently high bar passage rate.

On practice

Wall has served as a civil litigator throughout his career. Through the law school’s advocacy program, Wall realized early into law school that he enjoyed civil litigation, stating “from 1L year, civil litigation was what I wanted to do.”

A lesson that stuck

Campbell Law helped Wall learn to “be prepared.” He says while many things are outside of your control, only you can control your own preparation.

The people who shaped him

Wall credits Professor Rick Lord, who was his interviewer when applying to Campbell Law. Wall explained, “I thought at the time, ‘I am coming to school here and I am going to show him that I can do this!’” Once in law school, Professor Lord coached two of Wall’s moot court teams and served as a strong influence during Wall’s time in law school.

Advice to current students
