Alumni returns to chat real estate

Campbell graduate and real estate professional, Adam Noe, dropped in to visit Dr. Pat Larkin’s real estate finance class on Tuesday, September 20th.
Adam gave a wide-ranging talk on topics of interest to the students, including the opportunities and challenges involved in pursuing a career in residential real estate, investing in rental properties, and the current state of the housing market.
Adam, a U.S. Army veteran, graduated with a B.B.A in Finance from Campbell’s Lundy-Fetterman School of Business in May of 2021.
After working for several years as broker for a major national firm, Adam is currently running his own business, The Noe Team by eXp, where he supervises a growing group of brokers. He has also entered the investment side of the business recently by purchasing his first two rental properties.
“Adam is one the hardest working people I know. While completing his finance degree at Campbell, he worked full time as a broker while also dedicating several hours a week to philanthropic endeavors. It is very satisfying to see him building a successful business.” said Dr. Larkin.
“I really enjoyed the opportunity to come back and speak with the students in the business school’s real estate finance class, ” Adam shared. “Campbell played a huge role in my career development and in helping me get where I am today.”
