Business has 100% employee giving participation

Every member of the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business – faculty and staff – contributed to Campbell University’s 2023 “Giving with Purpose” Employee Giving Campaign. The 100 percent participation earned three staff members a day off and enriched the endowed scholarship funds.

“It has been a joy to coordinate the annual giving with purpose EGC Campaign on behalf of our faculty and staff. Their continued support has made a significant impact on the lives of our students and the University community.” shared Dr. Mostashari, the EGC captian for the School of Business.

“I am equally delighted to recognize our 1990’s visionary student body for their decade long relentless and creative fund-raising efforts to paying it forward.”

Together, the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business Faculty and Staff Endowed Scholarship Fund and the School of Business Student Body Endowed Scholarship Trust Fund are currently awarding scholarships to many of our deserving students.

“It is a remarkable achievement that 100% of our faculty and staff participated in this giving campaign. It is a testimony to their belief in our LFSB students and what we are trying to accomplish for them each day,” shared Dean Kevin O’Mara.

The nation’s average participation by faculty and staff in employee giving is in the mid-30%, so to have 100% is extraordinary.

“If you knew our staff and faculty, you would not be as surprised. Personally, I am very grateful to have such dedicated individuals as colleagues,” commented Dean Kevin O’Mara.
