How does your nominee define leading with purpose?
Megan “leads with purpose” every day because she puts her heart into everything she does. She is a confident leader and mentor to so many people. I met Megan before law school, stayed close with her throughout law school and then worked for her after law school! She was the best boss I have ever had because she empowered me to trust myself and take ownership of my work. Everyone who knows Megan loves her because she is smart, honest, humble and hilarious.
