Briefly describe your accomplishments, strengths, passions and experiences. What do you bring to the Campbell classroom? I am the Executive Director at my private practice where I also see clients as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am passionate about helping individuals, families, couples and organizations live up to their potential. I love working to build a quality practice and supporting staff on improving their skills to stay informed on the latest techniques and educational knowledge as it relates to professional growth and mental health. I especially love supporting the management of the practice and I work hard to stay informed of the latest best practices to foster the growth of the practice.
I am a former Peace Corps Volunteer and served in Uganda in 2007-2009. I helped run a community youth center focused on sports and health education.
What do you hope to accomplish at Campbell CPHS? I hope to finish the doctorate in Health Sciences degree gaining more knowledge and experience in the health field. I hope to build a solid network of friends and colleagues from our rich and gifted cohort and faculty.
Why did you choose Campbell University, your program, and/or what are you most excited about? I chose Campbell’s program because of the detailed courses that aligned with my professional goals and the flexibility of the course format supported my professional schedule. I currently live in Raleigh with my husband, 8-year-old son, and mother.
