Hey, y’all! My name is Miranda Quinn.

I want to be a friendly face during your transition! I will be a resource for anything you need or any questions you have. I am here to be a listening ear.

A life lesson learned: Not every friend you makes sticks around for your entire college career

For fun: cooking, digital drawings, video games, hanging out with friends, napping

Involvement: Student Union Info Desk Worker, FAB (Females Associated with Business) Club, Marketing Club

Something unique: I am an Auntie to a nephew

Binge-Watching: Game of Thrones

Favorite Class: Communication and Critical Thinking

One Struggle I’ve had at College: Getting involved with activities outside my major

When you’re packing, don’t forget: A very long phone cord!

About Peer Mentors

For over 10 years, Peer Mentors have served within the Campbell Business School to aid in the freshmen transition, support the BADM 100 Freshman Seminar, and serve as leaders within the community. Peer Mentors play an important role in the BADM 100 course by serving as role models and mentors to new Business School students. They help new students feel comfortable in the Campbell community and provide important campus information, academic advice, encouragement, and project management. In addition to serving, this group of 15-20 Peer Mentors receives personal and professional development training throughout their tenure as mentors.
