How did you find out about this experience? 

A connection who works there.

How has your time at Campbell prepared you for this experience?

It taught me to take initiative and ask questions along with technical skills like CAD and Excel.

What did you learn from your internship?

I learned the overall structure of a manufacturing plant, how to plan and hold a meeting, how to clearly communicate an assembly process across a diverse group of people, and how to analyze an engineering bill of materials to be used for different things.

How did you grow during this experience?

I have grown to be more ambitious, more confident in my presentation skills, and an stronger in my soft skills.

If students were to pursue a similar opportunity, what advice would you give them?

Take any opportunity that arises and even if it seems uninteresting at times, there is still so much to learn.
